Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our populated PCB products are unique to the customer and connot be returned or refunded.

You may choose to visit our offices, by appointment only, on the Isle Of Man, and inspect and test your order before shipment or in person collection.

The plastic housings and screws can also be inspected in person at our offices on the Isle Of Man by appintment only, before collection or shipping, but returns may be accepted only if the plastic housings and screws are in as new condition, less cost of shipping and handling both the original delivery and the returned product.

Klax cartridges are “sold as seen” and cannot be directly tested as they are still sealed in original packahing. We have opened and tested at least one with an Atari 2600, and it played as expected.

License packs may be refunded, if the original order is not collected or was returned to us within 30 days. The PCB costs cannot be refunded however.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your valid return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in manufacture. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@love8bit.com and send your item to our supplied address (which will be emailed).

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address we send in our emailed response.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any of our costs of return shipping and handling will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
